  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Return and Exchange Policy
    If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 20 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage). Please visit email us @modestlittlefish.com for details of your return. If you live in the Powell Ohio, you can return it to us free of charge by contacting us directly. ​ Remember to ask for proof of postage, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you'll have proof you've sent it. ​ It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to us in Powell Ohio, depending on your location and which postal service you use. ​ Once received, we will confirm through an email. Please make sure to be connected to us through email. ​ Just one more thing, all returned items should be sent in their original condition including hygiene stickers and tags. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 28-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you.
